PARKING AND HAWKERS ARE EATING UP ROADS AND BUSINESS OF KOLKATA,FIRST OF IT HAS TO BE MADE MANDATORY FOR EVERY PERSON INTENDING TO BUY A VEHICLE TO SHOW A PARKING PLACE FOR HIS VEHICLE OVER WHICH HE HAS HIS RIGHTS, PEOPLE ARE BUYING VEHICLES AND PARKING THEM IN OTHRS PLACE IS COMMON THIS IS LEADING TO LAW AND ORDER PROBLEM, SECONDLY IT WILL DISCOURAGE PERSONE WHO ARE UNNECESSARILY BUYING MOTOR VEHICHES UNNECESSARILY.

Parking fee must be collected by the authorized person of KMC and the rate for two / four wheeler must be available with him.Rgds.

In general, parking system is good. However it is difficult to understand sometimes that whether the person, who collects parking fee is really authorized person and also the parking area is allotted by KMC.
