LG had collected AMC charges including for spares for 4 years because I could not produce the original bill for the washing machine purchased in April 2015. After prompting me to pay AMC charges for 4 years it is forcing collect the cost of parts replaced in the very first year of purchase. Its engineer visiting and threatening that he would snatch away the machine if I fail to pay the cost which was said to have been recovered from his pay. I retarded that I would lodge a police complaint for intrusion into my house. LG is stooping to such low levels forceful collections from its genuine customers
