This has been an issue for ever. I was hoping to hear about changes when I called my mother last week only to hear that one can still find heaps of garbage on the road often irritating passersby with the stench. It's very unfortunate especially since it has been close to a year since the Swachh Bharat campaign was launched. It's time for us citizens to come together and launch a local campaign to clean our areas, raise awareness about cleanliness and take preventive measures so that such situations are never recreated in the future.

THE KIRTI NAGAR STATION ON THE MUNDKA LINE HAS BEEN USING ONLY 01 PLATFORM SINCE ITS INCEPTION. THE OTHER PLATFORM CANNOT BE USED DUE TO A DESIGN FAULT. WITH EVER INCREASING VOLUMES OF PASSENGERS IT IS BECOMING INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT AND VERY RISKY TO ALIGHT AND BOARD THE TRAIN FROM THE SAME PLATFORM.
