Purchased from Bansal Hardware (09251410713), Central Market, Bhiwadi on
27-10-2015 Make UJALA, Model MI-15, 15 Lit capacity, 2000 watts,
I got it installed in 3 days time. Immediately after instalment, it was
noticed that water is leaking from the panel behind Red & Green lights. A
number of reminders have been given, but no one is coming for repair.
Because of warranty terms, I am not able to fix it myself also. Winter has
set in and I am not able to get hot water for bath.

I bought LED Lights of the brand LIFE LITE LEDs directly through the manufacturers, the have very good quality Lights for residences and commercial areas. Competitively priced, better lumen than Syskaa and other brands. Will definitely recommend. If there is any problem they provide service without any hitch or delay. I am quite impressed with there service too.

I have booked a bus ticket from Chennai to Trivendrum and the bus got cancelled. It has been 4.5 months and they outright ruled out the option of refund and the only option is I can book tickets on the limited routes available with them for the fare they were supposed to refund. I threatened them with Consumer court and they are not even bothered. I never felt so helpless
