Legislative Department

Legislative Department had been diluted since long and the issues underwent by State legislatures and Parliament Houses prove that those authorities responsible for the performance of the Houses need to be further energized and empowered . The Authority of the Legislature is to be responsible for the Business that is to be carried out by the Legislating Houses under the Constitutional mandate .

Necessary Reforms are to be addressed with requisite Code and Regulations including that of Daily Business of the Sessions .

Law Minister has done considerable good work in BJP government.

Legislative Department has ailed to address the issue of abuse of women laws. Surprisingly the laws are prone to the torturing of women by woman.
