Although quality of the glasses is good but the cost is very overpriced

The optician's assistant kept informing that he will come late & cancelled 2 meetings at the last moment & wasted my precious weekly offs. On the 3rd occassion the optician He asked me to pay Rs 100 instead of the Rs 50 agreed on the website. He checked my eyes only for a minute & prescribed a completely wrong lens no. When I told him that he did not check my eyes at all then he removed some things from his bag & took 1/2 hour to do the tests. After all the tests he shocked me by writing my myopic no as 7.00 for both eyes & even a no for the nearsight. The spectacles that I was currently using had 1.5 left eye & 2.5 right myopic only. I then got my eyes tested at a hospital & at Titan & both gave me the no 2.25 for my right eye & 2.00 for my left eye. Had I listened to him my eyes would have been ruined. I wrote a complaint letter to lenskart but they did not do anything about it. My whole family now gets all their eyewear only from Titan.
