There is no concept of customer service. Once you book the flat they provide absolute no assistance to their customers. They have developed a very intelligent process where once the flat is booked sales teams will hand over the account to Relationship manager RMs. Don’t get carries away with the name, these RMs will make you say that government workers are better than them. Most important thing ensure everything that is promised is obtained in writing. The RMs will simply not listen to promises made by sales teams.

Also do not expect any support from them for registration, only big builder that requires you to go and collect the registration documents, their argument is that they have 6000 flats if they can build so many flats and hire so many people for selling them cant they invest a little for having implants to aid customers.

They are like bank collection officer of old times… any delay and they will bomb you with interest and more interest and more interest….

I must admit that while the brand is huge, they don’t know C of Customer Service…. I will never recommend anyone to Lodha if they have any self-respect and are keen to keep that intact.

It may be a small bank, with little staff. But they are cooperative. And things seem to happen, compared to busier banks.

Make shift shops establish at street corners for about 4 hours a day for selling fast Food and other items. They use lot of disposable plates/cutlery /cups etc but do not provide enough disposal facilities which will leave them flying in the streets. The shop keepers collects garbage at his shop and keep blind on little away disposals.

For everyone trying to eat healthier, Nutritious Nation makes it so much easier with their wide range of salads, breakfast bowls, wraps, burgers and high protein smoothies. We’re old fans of this little eatery.

I just can't let go of a chance to savour my favourite kebabs but every time I have it, I enjoy it as much as the first time! While I would rate its quick service and quality higher than its competitors the average cost here would be a little more than most other.
