This showroom is just before the Sultanpur metro station, on the left hand side, as you go from Delhi to Gurgaon on MG Road.

I bought a seven seater sofa from this showroom recently. I was promised that goods will be delivered after packing them thoroughly and in a proper vehicle. Immediately after I paid the full money and left the store, the stores people stopped picking my calls both on shop landline as well as mobile numbers. And when they did pick up once, promised me that I should wait at my house as the sofa set is going to be delivered in half an hour or so. The guys delivered it after making me wait for 8-10 hours at 11.30 in night. Not only the packing was poor but they also stuffed the entire thing into very small vehicle damaging and soiling the sofa set a bit.

My ordeal didn't end here...The legs of the sofa set made of poor quality metal sheet crumbled and buckled with in few days of usage. Since then I have been trying to call them to request them to repair or correct the fault but they haven't been picking my calls. Today, when I called from another number I was astonished to see that they picked up the call at two rings. Cheats of the first kind. Don't fall in their trap....They are not interested in their reputation or anything and want to fleece anyone who happens to enter their shop unknowingly.
