There should be a provision in the legislature if such complaints are not attended then the citizen can stop paying taxes till such things are not shorted out by the corporation. Not only that after recording enough proof like photographs etc., one should be allowed to deduct the amount paid from the tax for the private labour for cleaning the above site. This will improve the actions of corporation and also motivate the public towards cleanliness drive.

Every empty plot in residential areas is used to dump garbage and is used as a public toilet. The garbage from the streets are never cleared out. Plastic bags are all over the place.

the madurai corporation is dumping wastes in Bibikulam canal near meenakshipuram. inspite of my repeated reminders wtih the collector , madurai, corporation madurai and even with chief ministers secretariat, nothing is moving . I would like to know to whom I should refer the matter.
