what will happen when writing these? nothing as usual.

The rubbish is all over the place. Every drain is clogged.plastic bags are everywhere. Garbage awareness is mill among the Madurai citizens and the municipality is doing nothing to change it. All empty housing plots are being used as public urinating spots and as dump yards for garbage. Other residents on the streets are using these empty plots to throw everything from their kitchen waste to the disposed toilet pots. This is encouraging the breeding of mosquitoes and rats. Owners of properties should be made to take responsibility towards their upkeep.

Even the main roads have pot holes collecting dirt and water breeding mosquitoes. Waste, filth etc are collected along the road edges. Throwing waste, plastic bags and spitting & urinating at corners and hidden places on road side must be made punishable. The mechanism to catch offenders and punishing must be planned and carried out.
