That would be Reliance infra. The service is excellent. But always have a suspicion that their electronic meters are fast and inaccurate. also, tariffs in Mumbai are exorbitantly high, and reach 12 per unit if u use over 800 units. ridiculously high

MSEB is supplying power to only a part of Mumbai through BEST. Most of the consumers are supplied power by Tata or Reliance Energy. While supply is handled very well by Reliance whose connections I have, I am of the feeling that the levy is high. Reliance is not customer centric; but profit centric - at any rate. This attitude has to change.
