Maharashtra State Electricity Board - Navi Mumbai

Dear Sirs / Madams. Every body is suffering from hefty billing on electricity. In my earlier post; have mentioned, how electricity is wasted by Municipal Council's. Moreover, electronic meters which are installed by local electricity boards are ..... don't know whether they are calibrated? In-fact, the customer should be provided with Calibration Certificate of the energy meter installed for his / her premises. The meter should be calibrated from reputed / approved testing Laboratory like E.R.T.L.
Readings of the energy meters are not recorded as per stipulated schedule. Many times, average readings are implied for calculation of energy charges. Also, latest meters installed (Electronic meters) have RF control facility. How do one can make sure that his meter readings are not tampered remotely?

Experts are requested to look into and to do the further needful at the earliest to avoid looting of customers by MSEDCL to recover their losses and increase in their revenue by nasty ways / idea which is very big suffering for customers / consumers.
