Landline phones are deliberately kept engaged i.e. receiver is kept out of cradle of telephone instrument so as not to receive complaints during evening & night times. Either Safety gears are not provided or not used by electricians / linemen. Workmanship is poor. Proper tools & tackles are not used while working. Unwanted markings are done on energy meters without informing customer about meaning of the marking say 'M'. Moreover, note is written near meter board for fine towards scribbling of the note. For such inquiries, no reply is received by consumer. (We have proof of the same). Due to improper workmanship, many number of society's are suffered due to burning of electrical / electronic equipment's. Frequent power failures causing interruptions and inconvenience to the consumers though periodical shut downs are planned on Tuesday in our area. (America & other countries have not faced power failure problems during previous minimum 35-40 years. Not for a single second, power is failed.). Planned Line outages are not declared to consumers. Meters connection Terminal Box is not sealed if they are tampered by MSEDCL authorities themselves. Parent customer may take disadvantage of this situation. Cross connections of meters are observed many times causing suffering to the customer/s. Energy consumption bills are delivered late always and hence consumer is compelled to get penalised. There is no authenticity of meter reading photograph snapped by meter reader. Appropriate spares are not available with the authorities and hence substitute components are used thereby causing increase in failure, breakdowns, accidents. Periodical maintenance of equipment's is not at all carried out resulting in failure of component there by suffering to consumers. Distribution boards or Distribution Pillar's covers are not closed causing shock hazard situation. Even some faults occurs due to entry of rodents into the boards / pillars. Pre-monsoon activities like tree trimming adjacent to power lines is ineffectively carried out or not carried out. Causing failures. Most of all the times earth conductors mesh below line is absent. Thus, live wire can fall on ground. Earthing is improper or not at all provided to street lighting poles, DB's, feeder pillars, transformers etc. (Overall situation of electrical distribution network is seriously in DANGEROUS condition.) Government have to look into very seriously. Annual inspection of installation in factories or at commercial places is not at all done. Only money laundering is happened. Thus, the safeness of electrical installation from competent authority is invalid. (Request to the concerns: Calculate how many number of annual inspection reports are filled up for particular district or area and practicality to achieve it within that period.) Privatisation of inspection needs to be looked into from interested, competent & authentic persons having values to look at aspect of INSPECTION.

Hope, Shri. Modiji's Government would look into this very seriously, else the day is not far away from us that all of us would be in dark for longer duration due to non availability of power though power is available but distribution is collapsed.
