Maharashtra State Electricity Board - Pune

I wanted to raise complaint about Meter check but after lot of struggle, I could not find out. I only could find that I need to go to the nearest office and register complaint physically. Also, in that case, I dont know what is nearest office, its postal address and what kind of application to be submitted where. Then, I decided not to raise complain itself.

Horrible service.In case of registering complaint one has to dial toll No which is located in other city and they will inform your local area about your problem,which is time consuming one.Service is very poor and not prompt.The rates are high.The bills are distributed thr. some agency who distribute the bills lately so that consumer loses the benefit of early bird payment discount.
