Maharashtra State Electricity Board - Pune

In my area, Mukund Nagar, it is very bad. There is an outage every other day. They do not make any effort to communicate though means are available. In short, lethargic, insensitive.

TOTALLY WORST ..resulting loss ht above 1 mw consumer availing portability....

tarrif is very high compare to delhi

ALTHOUGH MSEDCL , POWER SHORTAGE , HAVE SHORT OF FUNDS , MANPOWER , ETC. THEY GIVE VERY GOOD SERVICE ALWAYS .

AT PIMPALE NILAKH , NEW D P ROAD , POWER SUPPLY IS VERY SATISFACTORY . INTERUPTIONS ARE REPAIRED IN MARGINALY QUICKEST WAY .

AT VISHAL NAGAR , PIMPALE NILAKH , PCMC , POWER FAILURES ARE VERY OFTEN . MAINTENANCE IS GOOD & TIMELY . BUT NO ADVANCE NOTICE . ADDITIONALLY BILLING MISTAKES IS REGULAR FEATURE . ONE DEDIACTED TEL NUMBER MAY PLEASE BE GIVEN , NOT FREE CALL ID , ONE HAS TO WASTE 20 MIN IN THIS TO CALL .

The service is terrible for the premium cost being charged. I live in Kharadi and strongly feel the electric company should be privatised

Have good Experience, problem gets addressed. Billing also good. Can view & pay bill online.
