The electricity board customer service is highly irregular. They do not pick up the telephone, or else it is constantly busy. If in case, somebody gets through to them, they are given some technical answers which the customer does not understand and the call is disconnected. A very irresponsible service for such an essential commodity in life.
A complaint registered on 08th September 2015 is not addressed after repeated phone calls to the customer service center, the local office.
I callous attitude towards complaints, unless escalation is not known as customer service. Highly irresponsible individuals surrviving on the blame game.
