In july I asked Just dial for some inverter dealers where I got referred to Sri Balaji Enterprises I purchased the battery and inverter for Rs 11,000 on July 1st 2014 Invoice No 3010 hot cash made in full payment and also purchased the trolley to place the Inverter for Rs 1200 . At the time of purchase Mr.Rateesh promised of 2 yrs free maintenance for every 3 months. Now in October when the first maintenance is due These people proves to be frauds and cheats and is charging RS 200 for the service charge for the general maintenance. Some how I fought my rights complaint to Just dial and got my first free service done. Now this person Prakash IS threating that he will no do any further free service and any complaints of the battery will not be taken.. Where I have the proof of all the invoices, warranty cards.I kindly request and post a petition to warn such fraud business people who are cheating customers of their innocent money just to get business done promise free service to customers and post purchase charge the customers this person has to be punished and be a lesson for other fraud business kindly take the necessary action so that I can get my remaing free service done for 2 yrs as promised and battery service needed during the warranty period its my all rights and they must keep up to the rules. To evoke any response from them on customer complaint is like moving a mountain. Whirlpool also does not appear to have a system of customer complaint escalations to higher levels.
