I agree with Niyoti's measurement parameters. She has done well on 1, 3, 6, and 10. She could improve on the other fronts. Her biggest weakness is the party workers who have deserted the previous party in power and joined TMC and are breaking the discipline of the party and indulging in carpet bagging. She started well but has been bogged down by this rabble who are also the source of all corruption. She is also encouraging dynastic politics although she came with a clean image herself.

Most of the steps taken for development are superficial - basics have not improved. And the law and order situation is terrible with armed goons running free in and around Kolkata. Could have done much much better.
