Service Centres are BIG CHEATS out to FLEECE customers. Fortunately in Bangalore we have a company called Wheels Wisdom which gets cars serviced at authorised dealers and ensures that there is NO OVERCHARGING and FLEECING of customers.

Agree with Mr Mohit. My experience has been worse. I took the vehicle for repairs of a particular defect thrice. Everytime that defect was left unattended saying they have rectified the defect without replacing the part but still heavy amount was charged each time (average of about Rs 32,000) and still the defect remains as it is. Have tried coy service station as well as dealer service station. After sales service of Maruti has indeed gone bad of late.
