I have been a Maruti Suzuki user since 1995, and recently bought my 4th Maruti product - Ciaz. Excellent product, but can do better on the service aspect, especially the cleanliness of the vehicle post-service. Despite the washing, every time I have had to catch someone at the Maruti Service Station (Bimal Auto, Mahadevapura, Bangalore), to clean the insides of the door, boot, bonnet, etc, besides the inside glass surfaces (windshield and rear glass) which will have an oil film. The issue seems to be because of the use of casual/contract staff for these menial jobs, and without instilling in them the pride of a job well done, the first time and which will bring customer delight.
