yesterday my son paid Rs.123/- and Rs 184/-in return journey for a distance of 4.5 kilometres from Mehdipatnam to Rainbow hospital due to surge pricing.It is pure and simple EXTORTION

After acquiring Genie the service has dropped significantly. Meru is priced higher than other cab services, although they offer the same vehicles. During night time vehicles are not available. Once missed a flight because cab was cancelled by Meru. Better to take the pushpak bus service to airport.

Booked a cab which did not turn up on time, the delay of over 30 minutes coupled with bad condition of vehicle resulted in missing the train. Entire family could not attend a family function. Tickets booked in AC 2 Tier were wasted and Railays did not reimburse. Financial loss of Rs.4500.
Could not get Cab when required- On two occasions cab could not be provided by Genie cabs.

Always found Meru Cabs very useful for travel within Hyderabad and Delhi cities. The booking is very easy, one could also download Meru App in the mobile. The calls are answered politely, once your mobile is registered with them, they greet you by your name on answering your call, the booking is swift, the sms communication giving the cab details, drivers name and mobile no. are prompt. The cab is there at least 20 mins before the scheduled time. The cabs mostly Mahindra Veritos are neat, maintained well, drivers are generally well mannered with proper communication skill. The meter is quickly put and is communicated by voice announcement in the cab. The cabs have voice speed indicators, which warn the driver in case of crossing the fixed speed limit. On reaching the destination, the printed bill is generated, the drivers promptly offer to give back the small change. All in all my experience with the Meru Cabs has been very good
