The Industry Laws are against for doing any business in our country. SME level businessmen suffering like anything, there are no help from the government. PM came to power to abolish Tax Terrorism, practically, he didn't do anything. Business people are forced to pay all taxes in advances, irrespective of the fact whether they get the payment or not. For payment disputes if one opt for legal ways, their life is gone due to weak legal system in our country. IT Refund, if we don't bribe suitably, none of our refunds come. How many visits to Income tax department, anybody listening there? Precisely, our country do not provide an industry friendly atmosphere. More with TAX TERRORISMS!!
