The company has got a very poor after sales service. Number of complaints state that the mobile given for repairs are given many months later. No body picks up customer care number.

A customer purchased a Micromax mobile from M/s. Ronak Communication vide Bill No. 1172 dtd. 07/01/2014. It hardly worked for a month. He had given the mobile for repair to M/s. Service Zone Tele Centre, Ghaziabad on 20/02/2014 and even after lapse of more than two months he is still struggling to get his working mobile. This is the state of reputation of a Micromax Mobile. The perspective consumers may kindly be careful before they decide to buy Micromax mobile as similar complaints/feedback are being received from many consumers.
