why the mineral resource procedures which have given best results in other states example Gujarat are not followed in M.P. the issuance of royalties be such that no body avoids paying to the government and business becomes easy.states can gain by implementing easy business policy and coordinate various departments in the state to help people doing business as the revenues only will add up in state coffers if state receives its shares and the business booms.Corruption will evaporate if the procedures are streamlined to help the state rather than officers,politicians etc.
