Ministry of Civil Aviation is hopeless. During this Corona period, when the private airlines companies introduced the "credit shell" technique to loot the passengers, this ministry and DGCA remained as mere spectators. They ignore the mails sent to them and no action is taken on complaints submitted to them. Hopeless people.
