National Consumer Helpline reps are helping citizens which is a positive step. On my suggestion they also invited grahak suvidha kendra bangalore to circle who however has not joined banagalore resident circle to solve local issues. Nevertheless its good positive step by the ministry which indicates someone is thinking about common man.
