Four stars and not five, for there is always room for improvement. Otherwise this is one government entity which is largely head and shoulders above all others in terms of various parameters of functioning.

Pakistan related policy is far from satisfactory. As a first step we should declare Pakistan as Terrorist Country and then mobilise international support for branding them terrorist. Also we should suspend benefits of Sindhu river water sharing benefits.

Except the handling of Pakisthan and China, all others are excellent.
