Failing to realise the value of Labour and its importance in the society. It must work to enhance the dignity of labourers, workmen and employees and at the same time it should cause self discipline and moral responsibility of workers towards the role they are hired to play.

iam surprised that there are no reply from both state and central govt officials for the grievances made time to time then what is the use of these type of platform were we only ventilate our issues for which there are no solution in the near future.

Hi I have initiate my PF transfer by online one year back. My present employer is approved transfer by online but now my previous employer is not doing anything. Also I am unable to open PF online site, showing that site is not working. Here anyone advise what is the new site of the PF sites.
And what should I take action for my previous employer.

When can we expect new labor code ?. Only in this country Govt does not safe guard employees in private sector by enforcing labor laws. Most of part pf existing labor laws are irrelevant or not sync with today's world. For example it does include "Software / Hardware / Information Technology etc ". So, MNCs, Private organizations are using this loophole to "lay off" work force without any severance package. It is inhuman, unethical.
