The cancellation charges are quiet exhorbitant. When the Total amount of Ticket was 200, the cancellation charges stood upto 190. Refunded amount is just 10. I dont understand the split of this 190 cost.
Moreover, in SWR, the cost of Tea/coffee or anything sold in trains or stations is not as per the guidelines. Rs.10 for Beverages, Rs 20 for beverages being sold. No one respond to this query. Ridiculous admin.

Every Friday train, from Yeshwantpur to Chennai, is always late at KR puram. Minimum Half Hour delay every week. Patronage for the train is too good and across demography. But no respect to the complaints made till date, nor Railyways concerned about correcting the issue.

I agree with many. Railways has been all talk and little do. helpline etc is probably only positive nizamuddin station is in bad bad state.
