But digging,damaging finished roads are still problems faced by this dept and co-ordination between various agencies to be strengthened for better maintenance. More and more NH with high grade planning is need of the hour, hope to see some good transport facilities are also added.

Duplication of work must be avoided, priorities to be defined.
One NH connecting two cities is in good condition, planning another NH to connect same two cities with slight change in alignment must be avoided. Investment for such Highways is very large - in Rupees ten thousands od Crores. The funds should be productively used for some other destinations.

Must put some Qualification Criteria to get Heavy Vehicle License to understand all Traffic Rules & Regulations while Driving.
