Highly Polluting Minidors (passenger carrying small van) are being allowed inspite this make vehicles are banned by Government 5 years ago. They are freely moving on all the roads and Government need to bring in enforcement in withdrawing these non compliant vehicles from all arround Maharashtra and support all these owner by subsidising pollution free compliant vehicles in due replacement to encourage all to think of such urgent / essential changes in india for envirinmental protection
