There is not a day when the power breakdown does not take place. In the distribution yard I am told there are transformers which have not been touched. A senior executive tells me once that if they touch that area whole of chinchwad can go into blackout. I don't understand why then they need to increase rates when they cannot assure power.

Horrible. Just charge anything. If the door is locked, charges go beyond thousands although not a single unit is utilised. Their e mail is fully packed so that any thing we write, does not reach them. Not available on phone. Just accept our letter when we approach them personally. No reply to the letter. Letter just get filed. No use. Please bring competition to Mseb. Bring Reliance, Advani and Tata. I am sure that more than 50% of customers will fled to the competitor if allowed.
