WAS USING MTNL BROAD BAND SERVICE SINCE 2004, LATELY since dec 2016 due to speed problem and quality of service by mtnl delhi have shifted to citi

Have been using MTNL internet for last 15 years. Of late Internet service has become very poor. Quite often it gets disconnected and disrupts the work in progress. Thinking of changing to a better service provider if MTNL service does not improve.

Due to low speed of MTNL internet services,discontinued it since last two months.

Surrendered my phone and broadband in the middle of last year but the security deposit has not been refunded to me even after six months. MTNL is crumbling day by day but the govt couldn't care less:-(
