Quality of service in MTNL is very poor. I got disconnected L/L no. 22754775 about 7 months back and the security money is yet to be refunded to me. Only God can save MTNL.

AirTel broadband service in Gurgaon is far from satisfactory.

Normal billing is fine, so long you don't have any issue.
If there is any problem, no one is going to reply to your emails... and ultimately, you give up!
