I have a land line and mobile connection from them. The CSC is managed by ladies entirely. They are very kind and listen to our problems and try to solve the same. Their knowledge level has to be improved.
The work men who came here thrice never demanded any money and did their job satisfactorily.
Another area is speed of internet, which is low and comes down often. Break downs are minimum. There are no hidden charges and overcharging.
