I ned a fast connectivity and heavy data limit for my research work. I am using BB-800-2M plan from MTNL, Mumbai. I am highly satisfied with the speed (200-300 kbps average in normal hour) and 70GB FUP. The speed increases at night. I am expecting this good service since Jan 2017. Earlier, I faced many problems and earlier managers did not attend it properly. However, the service is good after Jan 2017.

Due to frequent breakdown of connection,I shifted from MTNL to private entity. Installation and initial speed was good. However after 3 to 4 months, frequent black outs and low down load speed are experienced. Thinking of changing back to MTNL or another private entity with a better reputation.

MTNL MUMBAI,

I have a land line and mobile connection from them. The CSC is managed by ladies entirely. They are very kind and listen to our problems and try to solve the same. Their knowledge level has to be improved.
The work men who came here thrice never demanded any money and did their job satisfactorily.
Another area is speed of internet, which is low and comes down often. Break downs are minimum. There are no hidden charges and overcharging.
