AFTER 4 TO 5 DAYS I GET AN SMS ON VODAFONE CELL THAT THE COMPLAINT IS RESOLVED. ON CHECKING, WE FIND NO CHANGE IN STATUS. I ASKED MR MISTRY WHY THIS TOMFOOLERY? HE JUST SMILED AND GAVE NO REPLY.
THIS IS THE SORRY STATE. MY TEL IS STILL NOT WORKING AND AM NOT EXPECTING IT TO START WORKING TILL LONG AFTER RAINY SEASON.
MEANTIME I CONTINUE TO GET MY BILLS AS PER THEIR ROUTINE SCHEDULE AND AM EXPECTED TO PAY EVERY MONTH WITHIN DUE DATE.
MTNL internet service is reasonably good and complaints are also attended promptly. However for the last six months MTNL has stopped giving credit for online payment of landline broadband bill without informing the customers. MTNL is also not giving 25% concession on landline being used for internet to Senior Citizens, this concession is available on landline rental if not used for internet. This does not make sense as we are paying a higher fixed charge every month much more than rental and this is not in line with PM's initiative of Digital India.
I have a land line and mobile connection from them. The CSC is managed by ladies entirely. They are very kind and listen to our problems and try to solve the same. Their knowledge level has to be improved. The work men who came here thrice never demanded any money and did their job satisfactorily. Another area is speed of internet, which is low and comes down often. Break downs are minimum. There are no hidden charges and overcharging.
