I have Dolphin connection of MTNL Delhi for the last about 12 years. Of late their network has become very poor. Neither I am able to make call instantly nor my contacts are able to contact me. While trying to connect a no. every time a msg appears 'Not registered on network' . Every time I hav to put my mobile on aeroplane mode and revert it. Even then before connecting any call it disconnects. It disconnects even after connecting. If I try my Dolphin no.from other phone it says "Either da phone is switched off or not reachable" even when is lying idle and fully on. I lodged complaints on my Dolphin account several times but my complaint is closed without resolving the problem and I hav to lodge my complaint time nd again. The poor service is evident from da fact that while I pay bill of more than Rs.300 every month to Vodafone whereas DOLPHIN bill never exceeds Rs.50. I have no option but to agree with some members suggestions that poor service is delebrately maintained by MTNL staff in return for some incentives from private operators. Otherwise there is no reason for extremely poor service with same technology. Its sheer waste of public money to continue with such inefficient entities.
MTNL Landline/Broadband / Mobile services are very poor. Landline / Broadband services never worked properly and the service technician gave various reasons for the poor services. Hence had to cancel their services and switch to another service provider. The Mobile Signal fluctuates and I have to make the same call again and again incurring extra charges.
This is on MTNL Internet Services: I would appreciate MTNL for recently enhanced mail-box size after about 15 years of service. MTNL is yet to improve addressing its network, connectivity, speed, continuity of internet services specifically whenever landline is in use for phone call. I am waiting for a time to rate EXCELLENT whenever MTNL is able to address the issues stated above. Current rating of AVERAGE is considered for consistencies it has maintained in the standard of services for the last twenty (20) years despite of all the odds it has faced owing to competition. I wish that MTNL management could take the lead for big CHANGE now with latest technologies and man-management principles. In case MTNL desires to contact me I am available on 9810086319.

Our landline phone 29535322 became dead on 24 April 2017 and we lost broadband facility as well. MTNL could not restore the services even till today (11 Aug 2017) though it confirmed by SMS today that our complaint dated 24 April 2017 has been attended to. But phone is not working at our place. I presume that MTNL has withdrawn its services on that number at our place.
I have a land line and mobile connection from them. The CSC is managed by ladies entirely. They are very kind and listen to our problems and try to solve the same. Their knowledge level has to be improved. The work men who came here thrice never demanded any money and did their job satisfactorily. Another area is speed of internet, which is low and comes down often. Break downs are minimum. There are no hidden charges and overcharging.

They are using 30-40 years old copper cables to provide Internet services due to which we get half speed than promised, interrupted lines and connectivity. In the era of optic fiber cables they are using those old cables and looting the customers. I am writing on this matter in social medias since last 1-2 years but they are cold-blooded and deaf.
