no improvement in service , it may be due to staff also who try to give all excuses but quality of service, connectivity is a problem , video call is always a problem
Have used almost all service providers in NCR and found MTNL WORST, call connectivity n coverage is so poor that many a times in prominent places there is no tower.
I have a land line and mobile connection from them. The CSC is managed by ladies entirely. They are very kind and listen to our problems and try to solve the same. Their knowledge level has to be improved. The work men who came here thrice never demanded any money and did their job satisfactorily. Another area is speed of internet, which is low and comes down often. Break downs are minimum. There are no hidden charges and overcharging.

They are using 30-40 years old copper cables to provide Internet services due to which we get half speed than promised, interrupted lines and connectivity. In the era of optic fiber cables they are using those old cables and looting the customers. I am writing on this matter in social medias since last 1-2 years but they are cold-blooded and deaf.
