They are using 30-40 years old copper cables to provide Internet services due to which we get half speed than promised, interrupted lines and connectivity. In the era of optic fiber cables they are using those old cables and looting the customers. I am writing on this matter in social medias since last 1-2 years but they are cold-blooded and deaf.

We have been using MTNL since time immemorial & yes, they have not been the best customer care organisation but have improved over the years. Public utilities have been getting step motherly treatment from government in favour of private entities so cannot expect miracles, can we?
