Building construction permissions take very long time.Transparency is less.Once a builder submitts their plans,either same to be approved if in order or else in that plan required changes to be made for builder's acceptance.Once builder accepts the changes then final amended plan to be approved.
Online approved plans should be available so that violations will get reduced.Foot path encroachments by hawkers must be removed.
