I give 2 stars out of five for cleaniness in Mumbai but in my openion, every citizen can take a part by simply doing namskar and claping for the person who is found throughing kachara in the city other than specific places. I have done this many times. It is Gandhigiri formula to improve the habit of our citizen forever, which is actually needed to solve this problem permanently. Let we all do this and see the results.

Most of the roads are clean except for noise, building and exhaust pollution. Concretisation of areas have caused trees to have problems.Policy for tree planting where a tree had to be cut needs to be intimated.

In Andheri East Kondivita Lane & adjoining Akruti Centre Lane the roads are always unclean. The muncipality workers are seen only once a week. After cleaning they don't take away the dirt, instead they throw it into the already overflowing garbage bins. The garbage collected from societies by the garbage collectors is thrown into the 3 huge garbage bins on the road & not taken away. The garbage bins pickup is also done only once a week that too only half of the garbage is picked up.
