Only 100 and 103 calling works if a normal person goes to police station he is attended like a criminal.

Mumbai police is corrupt to core. It do not investigate complaints nor register FIR until paid. Even they ask for payment for Air Tickets to travel to catch criminals, if you refuse to pay no investigation is carried by them nor they will arrest criminals with full proof of location , pictures, banking details.

Even Commissioners offices only sends you automatic reply and no enquiry is conducted.

I really salute them for the long working hours, I don't understand that, they put their efforts for many days / month to arrest the criminals & this advocates arrange bail in 02 hr's all efforts in vain ( then why they won't get frustrated). On the top there are some who shame the dept. Really they should be freed from the clutches of politicians & see their contribution towards society.

Society should pay some incentives as a reward, i will be planning for the same after retirement my rate is five star.

First of all let us understand that policemen are also human beings. Let us make their life easy by behaving correctly and by self discipline. The policemen are subject to heavy work pressure every day and round the clock. They are called for doing jobs which is not worthy for their position and humiliated. In the light of the above, the following comments are made.

1. They should be paid well and used in shifts 2. Their family should be assured of protection and facilities if any policeman loses his life on duty. 3. They are to be trained for maintaining good physique and mental faculties. and arms handling 4. Good policemen are to be rewarded for their contribution to the society. 5. They should be freed from the clutches of politicians for operating freely. 6. Latest innovations to monitor the crowd behaviour, crime pattern and crime doers are to be set up and used by them, to minimise the mental and physical strain undergone by policemen.

Comments on Mumbai Police:
It is admirable that small number of policemen are managing the city nicely and bravely. Of course small mistakes here and there are there. It is better to punish the erring polcemen strongly, so that an example will be set for others. I rate them four star as of now.
