A complaint stated that the consumer placed an order for 3 DVDs on 7th March 2016 for Rs. 659/-. He did not receive the material till 27th March 2016. Despite mailing the issue to the company on 13,16,24 and 26 March 2016, no response was given to the complainant. Visit to public domains indicates lot of complaint of similar nature. The site stipulates response time as 1 to 8 hrs., However the feedback from several complaint is that no response from the company. A feedback taken from a site dtd. 19th May 2016 is quoted below:
"We order 21 dvds in feb 2016. and we received only 10 dvds. we paid for all dvds, now they are not replying back by email and also by phone. we want our money back or rest of dvds. We tried to contact them so many times by phone and tried to contact by email, but no one gave reply. We are trying to reach them since Feburary, but nobody reached us yet. There is lack of communication with this people and not a good customer serivce at all. We need either our money back or they can send us rest of the dvds. " Since the amount involved is small, the consumer stops contacting the company after getting tired. This suggest to be careful while dealing with this site.

There agents acts as frauds, they make wrong commitments about a holiday package and then after taking money, they deny giving any of the said and agreed services.
They looted me of INR 1.5 Lacs, and I have been running pillar to posts from past 3 months to recover my money. Have approached Jago Grahak Jago, and still things are not taking any logical shape. Local police administration when approached was not able to extend any help by sighting and making me feel like a fool, who was conned despite being highly educated. Got incidence published in newspaper also. I have all documents and emails to prove the committed fraud, but din't got any help from any source.
Have got a ray of light after getting an invite to join this circle and writing here to highlight my ordeal.
Please beware of Country Club and its fraud officials who are roaming freely to con a common man like me everyday and everywhere.

RELIABLE RELOCATION ( INDIA )

This company is full of unprofessionals. They just know to cheat people. Recently I was cheated by them on the pretext of moving and packing my goods to Kolkatta from Mumbai . I negotiated the deal for Rs. 35,000/- which includes packing with,material,loading , unloading, and insurance for amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- . The owner Mr. Naresh Prasad made the insurance for Rs 1,00,000/- I asked him why he undervalued my goods He tells me the goods were scrap. I told him I am not a fool to pay Rs. 35,000/- for moving household goods to Kolkatta and hire a packing agency if the goods were scrap.
Today on 23rd July 2014 a month has passed my goods have not reached kolkatta, Inspite of paying Rs. 32,000/- full payment Mr. Prasad is threatening that he will sell my goods If I don't pay him more money

india properties & Assistance properties

This is Chaitanya, I would like to share you my experience toward your company. Hoping this would change process and people for better work.

I have received call from one the agent from India properties saying they will show properties of my interest any where in AP and Hyderabad.. I have signed up with their promotion code and I had very basic requirement I was looking for commercial land with 200 Sq Yard to 500 Sq yard with budget of 20 L to 50 L in Hyderabad only.

Interestingly after 15 days I have received call from Chennai assistance properties from a lady called Anuradha saying that they have huge amount of properties available... (This is were the actual trouble started)

Initial one month she suggested me all residential properties and where it wont match any of my requirement at all. as I was looking for commercial properties.

After that next 10 days, she suggested me more than 1 Crore properties which I can see in my inbox after that I don't see any response from her for next one week.

For next few weeks she used to suggest me properties that were not in hyderabad......

I explained her some many times she did not understand my requirement even after one month of sign up...

Finally, after one month 10 days later she suggested me a land in UPPAL AREA. which I was really interested on it.. when I visited the site I found LAND WAS ALEREADY SOLD OFF LONG BACK AGO..

I have escalated about her to Mr Murali saying that she is not understanding my requirement and looking for agent change.

Even today at morning after signed up after two month she was asking me "AM I LOOKING FOR COMMERCIAL LAND ( Please hear the call if I am telling something not true) ...

THERE IS NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR ANY OF MY RESPONSE, She would response after 3 days if i ask any question to her....

I told her many time to provide her supervisor name or email address to share me or else to put her SUP in CC while replying to me ...she never did this..
