In there EORS sale of Myntra, I purchased five products. Out of five products only three were delivered. After contacting there customer care ,they were regularly saying to wait for 48 Hrs and some times 5 days and so on each time I called . I called around seven times.There customer care only knows whatever information is available on there App. This information customer also know from App.Customer care will say that your concern has been escalated but you will be told only verbally. So next time you will call customer care then there is no record of previous update. Customer has to start afresh and feel that all the earlier efforts wasted. Myntra generally do not acknowledge your complain to customer care. Myntra does not have have E-Mail address to register complain.After so much of following the concern they cancelled the two remaining product and refunded the money and advised that you reorder the products . Now the products are available at higher prices. I told Mytra that I should be provided the remaining product at the same cost of earlier purchase but they did not accept. They have offered me one coupon which is for Rs 400 discount on 1000 Rs purchase. But it is difficult to know on which product it will apply. I applied on one product having cost more than 1000 rupees and it was giving discount of only 30 Rs.
