commercial taxes for small shops too high, resulting people do not want to pay and manage , high degree of coruption.The money which should go to NMC , goes to pockets of tax collectors. online system still not perfect. The commercial taxes of small shops should be only two times of normal tax as NMC do not provide any facility to commercial shops
