Digital water meter should required for better collection of water bills which will help to modify water supply system , properly monitor water requirements of citizens

More is media hype -not single area /road /park have even proper Garbage Bins but only big poster /all media advt. to put the Garbage in Bins ...& if their is some bin -one have to cross garbage /stray animals/ all type of dangerous creatures/,reg pickers/pits.
Even Ganta Gari r one of the dirtiest show of our Sanitation System - still don;t work in time
Actually nobody is seriously interested in SWACHCHTA @ all -but only LIP service -otherwise if all concern implementation agencies bent-upon for cleanliness ,whole heartedly BHART MAHAN can achieve total SWACHCHTA with in period of an year.
