being a pensioner, i applied for the CGHS card on 17.08.2015. and got the temporary card promptly. however i am yet to receive the plastic card after a lapse of six months. we get a license or car registration by post within a week of applicatikon in hyderabad. the systems at the office of the Addl director CGHS, Begumpet are pretty obsolete.
