Proper sound engineer staff shortage and not qualified staff. Even not adopting basic safety rule . Very poor .

Street lighting poles are many times not working. If working, they are not switched ON & OFF with reference to Dusk & Dawn timings. Many times, lights are ON during day time (Maintenance job is not progress during this time Please be noted.). Junction boxes of street lighting poles are absent at places. Earthing is not provided to the poles at places. Luminaries are not cleaned as per schedule. Insects are caught inside diff-user resulting in insufficient light on road. Though it is informed to concerns about lights are ON during day time i.e. in the morning @ 08:00 hrs. those are not attended so as to put them OFF resulting in wastage of energy and burden on consumers / citizens. LED type lighting fixtures are required to be installed by replacing conventional light fixtures. Mechanical strength of street light pole is not inspected periodically resulting in fall of pole resulting in accident and property damage.
