Usually, these services are required to be used rarely. Hence equipment's including vehicle are standstill for longer duration. There is no periodical check schedule available with authorities about the equipment's, vehicle & condition of its Battery, Availability of fuel in fuel tank, head & tail lights condition. (Incidence has happened that the fire engine could not move place as its battery was down i.e. not charged.???) This can happen only in India where corruption is the base of everything. Replacement of new battery with old one, theft of fuel i.e. most probably Diesel and theft of many other brass components from fire hoses.???
Who can prevent this. Now a days, there are recent cases of fires in Navi Mumbai. Without Honest Working; things can not move smooth.
